Birdie Bar New York is a neighborhood restaurant and cocktail bar founded by brother and sister Louis and Mia Selvaggio, children of restaurateurs Louis & Vera Selvaggio. They have now expanded their father’s legacy with Birdie Bar which serves a unique and sophisticated dining menu by Chef Antonio Guillen with signature cocktails signature cocktails using fresh juices, homemade syrups, and a variety of freshly prepared ingredients.
