Birdie Bar is named in honor of our brother, Paul Selvaggio, a professional golfer whose passion for the sport has always been an inspiration to us. Inside, you’ll find a warm, golf club–inspired atmosphere, complete with photos of iconic golfers and cherished snapshots of Paul’s own career displayed throughout the restaurant. It’s a tribute not only to our family but also to the spirit of focus, camaraderie, and joy that golf brings to so many.
